The Bubble Gum collection features jewellery in precious metal modelled into sculptural pieces of art. As stated in the name, the design has a touch of humour referring to bubble gum stretching between the fingers and casually leaving its imprint.
As a design, Bubble Gum draws heavily on references to 1950ies American diner culture promoting the colour mode of milkshake and pink pastels while paying homage to iconic POP artists like Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.
The Bubble Gum rings have different width with an individual expression in gold or silver with soft pink varnish, building up an appetite for all things sweet and precious.
Treasure Island is the epitome of graphics and architecture. The collection is rooted in Emquies-Holstein’s profound fascination with the interplay between the architect’s landscape and the simplicity of the graphic lines. Thus the two designers have made a joint jewellery line overflowing with creativity and exclusivity. Treasure Island has the contour of a unique and alluring design made out of precious metals, gold and diamonds. A topographic mode of expression makes each piece of jewellery stand out as an island winding over the body as rings, earrings and pendants.
Sustainability and recycling are dogmatic to modern man. This also applies to the goldsmith to whom all waste is precious – and can be of use. With the “Trash” collection Hanan Emquies gives the notion of “recycling” a luxurious twist. Thus his inspiration for Trash derives from the waste bin of the goldsmith table, in which he accidentally caught a glance of the structure and aesthetics of the cut off metal. The blend of the metal in odd sizes is almost like a living organism and the optical effect is simply stunning. The Trash collection holds rings, earrings and necklaces in silver and gold, and each piece of jewellery reflects the truth in the old saying “One Man’s Trash, Another Man’s Treasure”.
As indicated by the name the Chocolate Collection is characterized by a mode of expression loaded with taste and sensuality to surprise and fascinate you all at once. The collection offers rings, earrings and necklaces inspired by the paper enwrapping the chocolate and the pleasure and warmth of chocolate enjoyment. A sensuous and exquisite collection with a highly sophisticated touch.
The Love Collection encounters several pieces, among others the simple, but highly sculptural “Love ring”, which symbolizes the special “space” of love that exists between two human beings. The ring, which should be worn on the left hand’s ring finger alongside the heart, is shaped as a bended “8”, which symbolizes eternity as well as form a circular place above two fingers equivalent to the love space of two human beings.
The Flamenco Collection pays homage to a rhythmic and fluctuant mode of expression inspired by Hanan Emquies’ great passion for the flamenco dance. A rare collection that makes modern Scandinavian minimalism and Spanish culture fuse delicately into one. The wavy lines of the ring imitate the distinctive ruffles on the flamenco dress and remind us of the rhythm and alluring beat of the flamenco music. You can literally feel the dance in every piece of jewellery.
This elegant jewellery collection is arisen from the famous song by Marilyn Monroe “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend”. With the Facet Collection Hanan Emquies adds charm and sense of humor to jewellery design with asymmetric facets bringing shape, sparkle and light to each precious piece. If you – like Marilyn – can’t live without diamonds, precious stones can be added to the design by setting diamonds in some or every facet.
The Squeeze Collection is a tale of artistic freedom beyond the scope of every day restrictions. With this unique and ground breaking collection Hanan Emquies takes craftsmanship to new heights. An expressive, yet sophisticated mode of expression with a strong design feature and a touch of everyday poetry.
In the Urban Garden collection hard metal merges with organic waves into a flawless tale of colorful nature in the midst of the urban jungle.
The rings featured in the collection resemble three-dimensional flowers, when they twist and turn on top of the hand with a lightness to the design, that make them feminine, yet strong – like true statement jewelry adding glamour to even casual dressing.
Each ring is one-of-a-kind and meticulously shaped in gold or silver. The colored rings are made of silver that have been powder painted in RAL colors, which are primarily used for trade purposes and as such pay homage to the industrial DNA of the design. True to nature’s ways, the finish on the sides of the rings will be worn of when used and the expression will change and faint just like a withering flower, finding new beauty in rustic decay.
Being a site engineer Hanan Emquies is fascinated by space and what to do with it – in particular in this collection where each piece of jewellery is designed to communicate the feeling of different compartments. The design is simple and sculptural and comes in 3 different pieces with every ring holding 3 ring sizes depending on which finger to wear it and the angle to put it on. In that way the organic ring design fits several fingers from numerous angles – highly personal, yet extremely versatile.

Undying symbols of love take wings, when two hearts meet in a delicate pendant, and flowers and bees form colorful necklaces of silver, gold and enamel. Baby Love is the perfect declaration of love for any baptism, birthday, confirmation, graduation… Part of the collection is also pendants with lace rimming, where dates and initials can be engraved hereby making every piece of jewellery as unique and individual as love itself.

We can all use a helping hand from time to time, but ultimately the will and strength to succeed comes from within. As a favor to the power of thought Diana Holstein has created the Helping Hand jewellery range – a collection of beautiful statement rings in precious metal filled with positive energy and universal truth. ”Let go and go with the flow”, ”This too shall pass”, ”Love yourself”, ”Give and you will be given”… Choose your own personal mantra and let the Helping Hand collection fill your day with inner and outer beauty.
The Whole Collection is inspired by the thoughts of Albert Einstein that we are all part of a bigger whole with mutual responsibility towards each other – and as such a moving and thoughtful piece of jewellery. In a highly poetic, yet very simple and minimalistic design the Whole Collection encourages us to think holistically, since we are all part of the same organism. As the collection’s English name “Whole” suggests, every piece of jewellery is designed with round circular shapes in mind in order to symbolize the unique whole of all things in life. A universal message with global sympathy.
Perfect Match is Hanan Emquies’ version of the wedding ring – a modern and minimalistic design capturing the sacred union of man and woman. Feminine softness and masculine rims join forces in an almost architectonic collection, where rings of different size and material can be matched according to individual preference. Combine gold, white gold and silver and let engagement ring and wedding ring melt into one unique piece of jewellery. Each ring in the Perfect Match collection has the hidden detail of a golden heart, and just like in love you know when you’ve found the perfect match of rings for you.
The Alliance Collection challenges the classic and traditional notion of the eternity ring. The beautiful rings re-emerge in new shapes as a symbol of the most precious feeling ever: The union and connectedness of two human beings. In the interpretation of Hanan Emquies the symbolism is part of the design itself: More diamonds can be added to the ring as time goes by and this is what makes the design stand out and live forever. The eternity collection consists of slender rings, upon which it is possible to add diamonds all the way around. A minimalistic, yet exquisite symbol of two lovers united.
Throughout history pearls have been the essence of elegance and sophistication. In her beautiful and multifunctional design Simply Chic Diana Holstein reinterprets the classic pearl necklace bringing it up to date with time and modern needs. Every necklace in the Simply Chic collection can be worn short and long using elegant gold fasteners to adjust the design. This makes Simply Chic the perfect accessory for everyday and full dress, where a string of pearls along the naked back of a gala gown makes a bold and sexy fashion statement. Simply Chic was designed by Diana Holstein for George Jensen, but today the necklace is part of the Emquies-Holstein collection as living proof of the brand’s ability to create classic jewellery with a modern twist.
For the pearl exhibition at Rosenborg Castle Diana Holstein wanted to redefine today’s slightly dusty perception of the pearl necklace and turn it into a versatile piece of jewellery embracing modern needs. As such Diana Holstein’s set of pearls can be worn in several ways suited for any occasion: Everyday, cocktail and gala. The golden parts of the pearl design are inspired by the beams in the star decorations found at the treasury of Rosenborg Castle.
