“Back in 1994, I presented a gold and pearl design series to Georg Jensen and on my return from New York in 1999 we began to develop it as an exclusive pearl collection for the Georg Jensen stores. The aim was to create an adjustable string of pearls which both matched current demands for fashion and flexibility, while maintaining the classic line and detailing that is the essence of Georg Jensen jewellery.
The resulting designs of two strings of pearls with matching earrings were launched in the stores in Autumn 2002.”
