How to order:
In order to make a purchase at Emquies-Holstein.com kindly follow these steps:
1. Select the product(s) you want to purchase and place in basket, hereafter please proceed to payment

3.Choose mode of shipment and payment
4.Accept our terms and conditions of payment
5.Make sure all information is correct and approve the amount of purchase
6.You have now placed your order and will shortly receive a confirmation on your email
7.Once your order is received and packed, you will receive a confirmation of shipment on your email. This confirmation also applies as your invoice. Once the shipment is made, money will be drawn from your account and the purchase finalized

All payments made on Emquies-Holstein.com are conducted using a SSL encrypted E-pay page which has been approved by NETS (formerly known as PBS). Emquies-Holstein therefore has no access to your account details.
The mode of payment furthermore protects your account from abuse, since money are refundable from your bank should you chose to file a complaint – this happens if an order fails to be delivered and amount is drawn from your card or if the wrong amount is drawn.
Shopping online in Denmark using your credit card and payment trough an SSL as that used by Emquies-Holstein, furthermore avoids a deductible of 1200 DKK, which is accustomed. Thus, you are more safe shopping online than using your credit card in a shop.

All prices listed on Emquies-Holstein.com include VAT and are valid upon making of purchase. However, we make certain reservations in terms of misprint, spelling errors and products, which are out of stock. Freight and delivery
Emquies-Holstein.com pays for all freight on orders made at the web shop for delivery in Denmark (Greenland and the Faroe Islands excluded) and no fees will be charged either. All orders are distributed by Post Danmark with delivery to the address stated in the order confirmation.
Orders placed outside of Denmark including Greenland and the Faroe Islands are subject to freight and delivery is made by Post Denmark when possible.
In the Emquies-Holstein web shop, all products have an estimated time of delivery. This may vary since products can be in stock or are made-to-order. Naturally, we will contact you, should the estimated time of delivery be delayed.
Should you desire your purchase within a specific time, kindly make a remark stating preferred date of shipment in order for us to handle your order at this specific day. If the order is for gifting, we are happy to deliver at the recipient’s address, once provided by you.
Orders are also available for pick-up at our shop in Lille Kirkestræde 5, Copenhagen Denmark upon special agreement. We will contact you, once your order is ready. Regardless of freight and delivery, you orders are always wrapped nicely and elegantly.
Right of cancellation
You always have two weeks’ right of cancellation when shopping at Emquies-Holstein.com. The right of cancellation dates from the day you receive the order at your address. In order to return an order, the seal must not be broken and amount and conditions of the product(s) should be the same as when you received it i.e. unused, without flaws and in original wrapping.
Using the right of cancellation, freight (shipment) and postage are at your own expense.

Returns
If you wish to return a product, kindly fill in a return form in order to facilitate the process and make your money return as fast as possible. Emquies-Holstein will pay back the full amount to your bank account once the item is returned and inspected in coherence with the terms of return. It is important that you enclose the return form with all the necessary information in the package as well as the order confirmation and a copy of all correspondence relating to the return and send it to our return address:

Returns send as cash-on-delivery are NOT accepted and such return are invalid.
Should you refuse to accept our delivery, the package is automatically returned to us and your credit note will be deducted 150 DKK for freight and return.
Warranty
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have two years warranty on all products. This means, that you hold the right to complain about flaws and imperfections about the product, which arise within the first two years on the condition that the flaw/imperfection is not due to misuse and other damaging behavior. Should you discover flaws and imperfections upon receiving your purchase, kindly contact us as soon as possible within five days.
As a consumer you have the possibility to get your product repaired, replaced, get you money back or receive a discount in accordance with the circumstances of the claim. We will refund all reasonable shipment costs paid by you returning the product in case the complaint is valid.
Please note that all jewellery with surface finish such as gold plating, oxidation, polish and frosting will wear out gradually and disappear in time. Therefore, this is not considered reason for complaint. Kindly see our description of the Chocolate Collection as an example of, how the gold plating will wear out over time in order for the silver to appear on the surface. Should you desire to have your jewellery gold plated again, we are happy to do this at an additional cost.
